At Ancestral Supplements, we want you to be completely satisfied with your heritage-inspired apparel and accessories. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
